We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a prestigious organisation based on the outskirts of Chester. Our Client is looking to recruit a Senior Administrator/Receptionist due to internal movement and growth.  This job role reports to the senior manager and will support various teams and act as the go to person to proactively support the administration function.

Job details

  • Answering the telephone, dealing with queries, transferring calls and taking messages
  • Front of house support, including meet and greet and offering refreshments
  • Diary management, including booking of meeting rooms and ensuring a suitable environment
  • Database updates and maintenance
  • Project administration
  • General administration duties, such as collating information, producing reports, photocopying and laminating
  • Ordering of stationary
  • Handling and distribution of both in and out bound post
  • Working with a variety of Excel spreadsheets and database maintenance

Skills/Experience

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Effective communicator at all levels, who is able to build rapport and long standing relationships
  • Hands on individual, who can be pro active and take direction
  • Organised team player

Benefits/Salary

  • £18,000 to £20,000 PR, dependant on experience
  • 37.5hrs per week
  • Competitive benefits package
