An established professional organisation in Chester is looking to appoint an Office Manager/ Executive Assistant job, due to continued growth in the team. This permanent job is an integral role to the organisation and would look to report to Head of Finance.
The new role:
This job, would be to work closely with key departments and teams, and act as the first point of contact for any queries and issues. This hands on position, would allow the individual, to develop their own office procedures and polices to ensure the office function, runs smoothly. Be it an IT issue, H&S support or working with suppliers and external bodies. An exciting, all compassing role for the right person. In addition there will be interim PA support to senior management team, and assisting with diary management; organising meetings and required material and acting as the first point of contact when they are not around. Whilst this job would predominantly be based at the head office in Chester, there may be some occasional travel required.
